Why Micro-credentials?
Project Rural Upskill Network (RUN) provides educational pathways for adult learners that meet the expressed needs of our industry partners. We work with employers to identify skill gaps in their workforce and create custom trainings to upskill our regional workforce.
We understand the workplace demands for our participating employers and strive to keep our trainings to a six to nine week timeline so that adult learners can upskill while on the job
Design Process
As we build our training by industry, for industry, we focus on employer input during every step of the process. We convene employers, faculty at Fort Lewis College, subject matter experts, direct providers, and workforce partners to identify skill gaps and develop localized curriculum with wraparound support.
